Musbury Interiors, a family-owned company situated in the heart of Rossendale, specialises in supplying bespoke soft furnishings and textiles to businesses and consumers. Committed to offering the best products and services to meet customer needs, Musbury Interiors require all their systems to run smoothly. One area which wasn’t performing to their requirement was Print Management, so they began looking for alternatives to their current supplier and to upgrade their printers and photocopiers.
They decided to give Woodbank Office Solutions a call following a recommendation from a mutual supplier and customer.
The Challenge
Musbury Interiors had several critical print and document management requirements. To determine the right solution, Woodbank’s Corporate Account Manager, Dave Duffy, conducted a comprehensive print review. In the review, he found that they were had, but did not need, two large and outdated printers at their site. During the review, Dave also identified that they required a Document Scanning solution as well. They faced a significant challenge with a high volume of invoices that required manual entry into their finance software.
To remedy this, they would need not only an upgraded and consolidated print solution to reduce waste, but a digital Document Management System that could streamline their administrative tasks and seamlessly integrate with their existing financial software, addressing both Print and Document Management needs.
The Solution
Woodbank consolidated their printer and photocopier solution into one large multifunctional device, and one back-up device as requested. We addressed their Document Management challenges by introducing our document management software, DocuWare.
Dave and our in-house technical expert ran a successful demonstration of DocuWare, showcasing its capability to scan and archive hardcopy documents while streamlining workflow processes.

The Result
Woodbank Office Solutions’ smooth installation of the new Multifunctional Office Printer & Back-up, and our Implementation of DocuWare has brought about substantial improvements for Musbury Interiors. With DocuWare’s automation capabilities, manual price checks against orders have become obsolete, saving their team time and reducing errors and waste. The streamlined workflows for their accounts and administration team have also reduced cost.
